What if I have questions after I start treatment?

You’ll have ongoing access to your provider and support team through our secure patient portal. Whether it’s dosage, symptoms, or general questions, we’re here to help.

Do I have to commit to a long-term subscription?

No — you can cancel anytime. We just require 48 business hours notice to stop your next order.

How Does Mint Med Work?

1. Complete a Quick Online Intake Form
Tell us about your symptoms, medical history, and health goals. This helps your licensed healthcare provider understand your needs before making any recommendations.

2. Provider Review & Evaluation
A licensed provider will review your intake and determine if treatment is appropriate.

  • In states that require a live video or audio consultation, you’ll be prompted to schedule an online visit at your convenience.
  • In states that allow asynchronous care, your provider will review your chart and send a personalized treatment recommendation straight to your secure patient chat inbox.

3. Treatment Shipped to You
If your provider determines a prescription is right for you, it will be sent to one of our partner U.S state licensed pharmacies. Your treatment will arrive in discreet packaging, delivered directly to your home.

It’s that simple—care on your terms, without the waiting room.

How long does it take to receive my treatment?

After your provider reviews and approves your treatment plan, your prescription is processed within 24–48 business hours. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way.

What medications do your doctors prescribe?

Our affiliated healthcare providers may prescribe both FDA-approved and compounded medications, depending on clinical appropriateness. Additional therapies may include peptides and medications designed to support metabolism, recovery, or performance, based on your health goals and medical evaluation.

Note: Compounded medications are created to meet individual patient needs and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. A valid prescription is required. Individual results may vary.

Do I have to pay before I’m approved?

Yes. Your payment is collected upfront to begin your clinical review, but you are only prescribed medication if it is medically appropriate.

At Mint Med, your payment covers:

  • Your full medical intake review
  • Provider assessment of your history, medications, and eligibility
  • A telehealth visit if needed
  • Unlimited messaging with your care team
  • Ongoing support throughout the program

A board-certified Mint Med clinician will review your information and determine whether GLP-1 medication is safe and appropriate for you.

If for any reason you are not medically eligible, we will:

  • Provide a clinical explanation
  • Offer next-step options
  • Issue a refund immediately.

Your prescription is only finalized after your clinician completes your review and confirms that treatment is appropriate.
